Metten Capital is a Private Equity firm with a portfolio that includes Commercial Real Estate, Art Gallery/Exhibit, Talent Management and Wine & Spirits. Tristan Metten joined Greystone in January of 2020 as an analyst assisting in underwriting as well as transaction management. Transitioning into brokerage, Tristan focuses on achieving his client’s goals through the acquisition, disposition, and debt placement of Institutional Class-A multifamily assets throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex as well as secondary/tertiary markets. In his short time brokering he has been directly involved in the sale of approximately $200,000,000 of Multifamily assets.
